For local and international payments, Co-op Bank has facilitated card payment by holders of other banks in debit and international Visa credit cards.

To increase efficiency of services, Co-op has reduced transaction time below two seconds which will allow businesses to serve many clients and cut congestion.

Customers willing to transact with foreign currency will not be limited as USD, Euro and the British Pound are allowed.

Besides, Co-op will assist businesses that still do not have Lipa na M-pesa to get a till number where the payments shall deposit directly into the Co-op bank account.

Clients of the Bank with mobile banking services may also pay for services by directly paying into the merchants’ accounts through the USSD code *667#.

Using the Lipa na M-Pesa, customers can pay for services and goods at businesses using the 400200 Paybill number.

The money will be deposited directly into the businesses’ bank account.
