Kenya has confirmed 95 new cases of coronavirus after 1, 096 samples were tested in the past 24 hours, Health CAS Rashid Aman announced on Monday.
This now takes the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 2, 862. 92 are Kenyans & 3 are foreigners.
Fifty seven are males and 38 are females.
The cases are distributed in Nairobi 13, Mombasa 56, Busia 10, Kajiado 6, Nyeri 3, Kilifi 3, Kitui 1, Kwale 1 and Marsabit 1.
A record of 97 patients have been discharged, taking the total recoveries to 849. One more died; total deaths rise to 85.
