The SHOFCO Urban Network (SUN) empowers individuals to come together, become leaders
within their own communities and effectively advocate for their rights and provide them with necessary resources and capacity building tools to improve their living standards through a variety of social and economic platforms. 

Jomvu MP Hon Badi Twalib Bady was the guest observer at Bangladesh in Mikindani ward where SUN elections happened on Saturday 5, October.

Elections were carried out in the four SHOFCO branches in Mombasa namely Mishomoroni, Maweni and Bangledish.

SUN managers Erick Okwama and Godwin Oyindo attended the election exercise.
